BINIBECA

In Menorca there is a small village called Binibeca. This fisherman’s town is located in the southern part of the island and if you look at it from the sea you only see white houses which along narrow streets as Binibeca was an old settlement.

Every summer hundreds of tourists enjoy the views having a beer in a terrace by the sea. You can also visit beautiful craft shops, where you can find typical Menorca it. So, when you go back home the souvenirs you bought remind you of Menorca.

In Binibeca beach you can practice water sports, such as water skiing, windsurfing, diving etc. But if you want to relax you can rent an apartment and spend your time by the sea. Another feature of Binibeca is that despite being a tourist destination whit houses for this activity has natural features that make the stay more pleasant and coexist with human activity. An example is the small forest that is located on the beach where people have lunch and spend the day near the coast.

In conclusion, we can say that Binibeca is a perfect place to spend the summer because you can enjoy the beach and practice water activities, you have the opportunity to visit other resorts such as Punta Prima and in addition, an advantage of Binibeca is that you can have a direct contact with nature: you can see the sea and swim on it, feel the fresh air and visit the small forest in Binibeca.
