USING MOBILE PHONES IN CLASS

Nowadays, in schools pupils use phones in class a lot. People can’t life without their mobile phones because it’s an addiction, especially for teenagers. However, there are arguments for and against using a mobile phone in class.

On the one hand, it’s good to use a mobile phone in class if you finish the class work, you can play a game, check your e-mail or chat with friends. In addition, you can contact your parents, if you are going to finish late so that they don’t worry. Furthermore, teachers are also to blame, because they use it in class and it isn’t good for pupils because it is not an example to them.

On the other hand, people always use them in the exams, because currently mobile phones have new technology and they have got internet so we can use it in the exams to search for things. Besides, phones are a distraction for pupils because you talk to people and you don’t listen to the teacher. In addition, the teachers may take it off you because it is forbidden.

In conclusion, using mobile phones has got advantages I disadvantages. Personally I think, that you can take your mobile with you and use it when you haven’t got classes but I believe that we shouldn’t use in class.

USE OF MOBILE PHONES IN CLASS

I’m going to talk about for and against the use of mobile phones in class.

On the one hand, mobile phones distract the attention of students and limit their concentration. Now a days, the students use their mobile phones to copy in the exams. Furthermore, mobile phones interrupt the teacher’s explanation.

On the other hand, if the student’s parents have an emergency, they can phone them or students can phone their parents to let them know if the students arrive late home. When students have free hours, they can play with it. And the last one, if the students have to hand in homework and they leave it in their homes, they can phone their parents, and they can bring it to school.

In my opinion, the use of mobile phones in class is very negative for the student’s marks. I’m against the use of mobile phones in class, but I recognize that sometimes I use it.
