These days, there is a debate about capital punishment. In some countries, this law is active but in the most democratic countries ( except EUA) this law is illegal and unconstitucional.
Society dissolves the worst criminals and the people may be safer. Furthermore, the State saves money to keep the prisoners in the public prisons.
Nevertheless there is the possibility of executing innocent people. In EUA cases are known in which been have execute innocent people. Also, everybody has the right to live and there are other ways to punish the worst criminals.
In my opinion, Capital Punishment is the just punishment to the people who killed. I think that if you killed a person, you must be dead. As well as if you have raped, your sexual parts must be eliminated. Tit for tat.
